KAWAII ships internationally with trusted courier partners to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly. Orders are typically delivered in Ecuador within 3 to 5 business days, and International within 5 to 20 days, depending on your location.

If you believe your delivery is significantly delayed and wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the item must be received.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. If a similar or replacement item is available, we will offer that as an alternative.


❗ PRODUCT CHECK & COMPLAINTS

Please inspect your KAWAII item(s) carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify the courier immediately for visible damage and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

For complaints or issues, kindly contact our customer service via WhatsApp (details on our contact page). Be sure to include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We’ll respond promptly and work with you to find a solution.

If a return is necessary due to a fault, please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to replace faulty items with the same or a similar model. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.

If the item is found to be without defect, we will return it to you.
